About us
From the hangar to the bus stop
Avionline was born from the conviction that ground passenger transport can run with the same discipline as aviation: written procedures, reliable data, a safety culture and continuous improvement. That is our entire proposition, and it is not as simple as it sounds.
Our proposition
Collective competitiveness for a fragmented sector
Passenger transport in Spain is largely made up of small and medium-sized businesses with excellent operating knowledge and limited structural capacity: little proprietary technology, little muscle for complex tenders and very little time to innovate.
There are two possible answers to that. One is consolidation: let the large absorb the small. The other is cooperation: give SMEs the tools, methods and alliance capacity that let them compete. Avionline works on the second.
We do it with our own products, with design and operations services, and with strategic alliances focused on sustainable mobility and rural innovation.

What we do
Four lines of work
Platform and products
Commercial and management systems for passenger transport services and for cooperation between companies in the sector. MUFMI, MOVENBUS and MOVO are their most visible expressions.
Public mobility design and operations
PTA as a Service: the full cycle of planning, digitalisation, deployment and support for transport authorities with limited structure.
Innovation consulting
Territorial transport reorganisation, access to funding and administrative support, with a focus on SMEs in the sector.
Corporate services
Reputation management and crisis-response preparedness for organisations under public scrutiny.

Structure and alliances
Canary Islands technology, mainland engineering team
The registered office and the technical direction are in Santa Cruz de Tenerife. Most of the planning, development and operations team works from our subsidiaries MUFMI and MOVENBUS, with offices in Granada and Málaga.
The combination is deliberate. Island geography forced us to solve problems of dispersion, seasonality and small scale that reach the mainland later; the mainland gives us project volume and proximity to continental clients.
We also work with European technology and operating partners in demand-responsive transport, network planning and passenger information. Not everything we deploy is built in-house: our contribution is integration, service design and answering for the result.
We are also part of alliances focused on sustainable mobility and rural innovation, because the problems of dispersed territories are not solved company by company.

Horizon 2028
A historic opportunity for integrated mobility
The convergence of connected vehicles, sustainable infrastructure, regulatory reform and climate neutrality targets opens a window that will not come round again. Our job is to make sure small territories do not miss it.
Connected vehicles and clean fleets
Fleet transition with total cost analysis and charging infrastructure planning.
Infrastructure and data
Open data, interoperability and systems that talk to each other instead of duplicating each other.
Regulatory framework
Support in adapting to new rules, from workplace mobility plans to the concession map.
Climate neutrality
Operations with measured emissions and verifiable reduction, not declared reduction.
