Generating value for a Mobile World

Mobility solutions

Mobility in the age of artificial intelligence

Technology stopped being the bottleneck. The question now is who answers when the service has to work at seven on a Tuesday morning. We provide the tool —ours or a partner's— and we stay in front of it: design, deployment, operations and support, end to end.

How we work

Technology is the means, not the end

All three solutions share a data architecture, accessibility criteria, privacy policy and support team. The end user changes; who answers when something breaks does not.

MUFMI

Demand-responsive public transport

For consortia, municipalities and operators that need to serve low-density areas, industrial estates, scattered developments or time bands in which the fixed line runs empty.

  • Dynamic trip pooling
  • Virtual stops and flexible routing
  • Integration with the conventional network
  • Phone channel for the digital divide

MOVENBUS

Group and charter coach travel

For schools, companies, sports clubs, agencies and public bodies that charter coaches regularly and want to stop managing it through email, phone calls and spreadsheets.

  • Online request, comparison and booking
  • Verified, documented operators
  • Traceability for every service
  • Invoicing and spend control

MOVO

Workplace mobility plans

For companies and worksites required by Spanish Law 9/2025 to have a Workplace Sustainable Mobility Plan, and for those adopting one voluntarily.

  • Diagnosis and modal survey
  • Measures with matched funding
  • Negotiation with worker representatives
  • Technically validated file

What sets us apart

Three things we do differently

We are not legacy SaaS

Much of the sector's software was designed before affordable demand forecasting, real-time dynamic assignment or models that can read a tender document existed. We start from what is possible today, not from what was coded fifteen years ago.

We do not hand over a platform and vanish

The most common failure in this sector is buying an excellent tool and being left alone with it. Our scope is end to end: rollout, training, daily operations, user support and a named person who answers.

We humanise the technology

Behind every service there is a phone somebody answers, a trained driver and an engineer who signs. Automation exists precisely for that: to free people up for what only people can resolve.

Frequently asked

Before you decide

Can I contract just one solution?
Yes. All three are standalone and are contracted separately. Integration is an advantage, not a requirement.
Who owns the public service?
Always the competent authority. Avionline provides technology, planning and support operations; ownership, fare-setting powers and the service data remain with the public body.
What happens to passengers' personal data?
It is processed under the GDPR and Spanish data protection law, with a formal processing agreement, data minimisation, hosting within the European Union and a retention policy agreed in writing.
Where are you based?
Canary Islands technology, mainland engineering team. The registered office is in Santa Cruz de Tenerife —where the product and the technical direction are born— and most of the planning, development and operations team works from our subsidiaries MUFMI and MOVENBUS, with offices in Granada and Málaga. The combination is deliberate: island geography forced us to solve dispersion and seasonality problems that reach the mainland later, and the mainland gives us scale and proximity to continental clients.

Which solution fits your case?

Tell us the problem in two lines and we will say whether one of the three solves it, or whether what you need is something else.
