Generating value for a Mobile World

Services

Consulting, digitalisation and reputational risk management

Beyond designing and operating mobility systems, we support operators, public authorities and companies on the fronts that decide whether a transport project succeeds: funding, administrative structuring and public conversation.

Innovation consulting

Turning political intent into a fundable project

Between the will to improve a territory's transport and an executable project lies a technical, economic and administrative stretch that exhausts many organisations: competence boundaries, management model, financial structure, a realistic timeline and technical justification robust enough to survive an audit.

That stretch is our work. With particular attention to small and medium-sized transport businesses, which usually have excellent operating knowledge and very little structural capacity to access funding instruments or to bid for complex contracts.

Territorial transport reorganisation Rationalising concessions, concession maps and competence allocation.
Financial structuring Grants, European funds, energy-saving certificates and green finance.
Administrative support Memoranda, specifications, justifications and responses to formal requests.
Cooperation between SMEs Groupings and alliances to reach contracts beyond individual capacity.
Fleet decarbonisation Transition plans, charging infrastructure and total cost analysis.

How we work

Four rules we do not negotiate

Useful deliverables

No three-hundred-page reports nobody reads. The deliverable is whatever allows the next decision to be made.

Data before opinion

If there is no data we say so and go and get it. We do not dress a hypothesis up as a measurement.

No captivity

Open formats, complete documentation and an exit plan. If one day you no longer need us, you should be able to leave at no cost.

Signed accountability

Every piece of technical work carries a named responsible professional. Nobody signs as «the team».

Where shall we start?

Explain the project and we will tell you frankly whether we can add anything, and whether what you need is a different kind of partner.
